This is an opportunity to make a real impact in a busy manufacturing environment, working with suppliers and internal teams to maintain material availability and keep operations running smoothly. The role is offered on a fixed-term basis, with the potential to become permanent!

Job Description
*Manage purchase orders from placement through to delivery, ensuring accuracy, timely fulfilment and alignment with business requirements.
*Create and monitor transfer orders between subcontract warehouses, resolving discrepancies and ensuring stock movements are processed accurately.
*Proactively liaise with suppliers and internal teams to expedite deliveries, resolve shortages and maintain material availability.
*Maintain accurate purchasing records, order trackers and supporting documentation.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

*Must have experience within a manufacturing, engineering or operationally complex environment.
*Familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Syspro, SAP, Epicor etc.
*Someone who is proactive and dependable, can take ownership of tasks and following issues through to resolution.
*Working towards a relevant CIPS qualification
