The Supply Register is recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in the Chesterfield area. We have immediate, long-term, and flexible supply opportunities available.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain classroom experience, support pupils across a range of subjects, and develop your skills within multiple local secondary schools.
Role OverviewAs a Cover Supervisor, you will:
*Deliver pre-planned lessons across the curriculum

*Manage classroom behaviour and maintain engagement

*Support pupils in completing learning activities

*Create a positive and productive learning environment

*Follow safeguarding policies and school procedures

Requirements*Experience working with secondary-aged students

*Confidence leading classes independently

*Strong behaviour management skills

*Clear communication and organisational skills

*A positive, adaptable and professional approach
