The Supply Register is proud to be working in exclusive partnership with the L.E.A.D Academy Trust, supporting their Sheffield primary schools with high-quality staffing. We are now recruiting Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to join our supply bank and work across:
*Birley Spa Primary Academy

*Birley Primary Academy

*Charnock Hall Primary Academy

*Rainbow Forge Primary Academy

These schools offer welcoming environments, supportive leadership teams, and opportunities to make a real impact across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
About the RoleAs an HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the primary phase. Responsibilities include:
*Delivering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher

*Leading small-group interventions and targeted support

*Providing 1:1 support where required

*Assisting with behaviour management and pupil engagement

*Supporting teachers with planning, assessment and classroom routines

*Helping maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment

Requirements*HLTA qualification or strong TA experience with proven cover experience

*Confidence delivering lessons independently

*Strong behaviour management skills

*Excellent communication and organisational abilities

*A proactive, flexible and supportive approach

*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)
