Full job descriptionNoble Recruiting have a wonderful opportunity with a dynamic, modern and growing Manufacturing Company in Basildon, Essex. We are looking for an experienced, senior Supervisor with experience working within a metalworks production facility.
Salary: £48,443 per annum
Basildon, Essex
Permanent / Full time position
8:00am to 5:00pm / Monday to Friday’s

The position:
*Your role would be to lead the daily workshop operations, managing workflow, labour and order/project timelines.
*Offer guidance and advice to your internal team.
*Offer Technical guidance by interpreting technical drawings and supporting your team to resolve all fabrication and assembly challenges, manage quality control and oversee works - ensuring component specs are in line with architectural specifications per project.
*Ensure H&S standards are monitored and enforced within the workshop.
*Liaise with internal parties within the company such as Design, Production and Distribution teams.


What we are looking for from you:
*Recent supervisory experience working within a bespoke or high-end metalworks manufacturing environment within the last 6 months.
*Strong knowledge of sheet metal, structural fabrication, MIG/TIG welding, forming and finishing.
*Confident capability with reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings.
*Positive and proactive leadership style.
*Driver and own transport desirable but not essential to the role.
