Senior Legal Technology Analyst Key Responsibilities:
*Independently support and troubleshoot practice technology, resolving complex issues and escalating when needed
*Evaluate and test emerging legal tech (including generative AI), providing feedback and analysis
*Support user training by preparing and delivering content
*Monitor system usage and adoption, identifying trends and opportunities to improve engagement
*Stay up to date with legal tech trends through research and professional development
*Liaise with vendors on support issues, feature requests, and updates
Senior Legal Technology Analyst Skills & Requirements:
*4+ years’ experience in legal technology within a law firm
*Experience supporting legal software (e.g. contract analysis, document automation, practice management)
*Familiarity with generative AI tools in legal workflows
*Strong understanding of legal workflows and practice needs
*High technical aptitude with ability to quickly learn new systems
*Experience creating user documentation, training, or knowledge base content
