*Pay: £95-£115 per day, PAYE

*Duration: Ongoing

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking experienced SEND LSAs to support pupils with autism and a range of learning disabilities at a specialist school in Barnet.
The role:
*Delivering 1:1 and small-group support.

*Supporting communication, sensory regulation and independence.

*Adapting activities to meet individual learning needs.

*Working closely with teachers to maintain consistent support.

Candidate requirements:
*Previous experience working in a specialist SEND school or complex-needs setting.

*Proven experience supporting pupils with autism and learning disabilities.

*Confidence supporting pupils with communication difficulties and sensory needs.

*A calm, resilient and proactive approach to behaviour and individual needs.

*Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine commitment to pupil development.

*Willingness to support personal care where required.
