Description
Main Duties & Responsibilities:


*Fabrication & Assembly: Read and interpret engineering drawings to accurately mark out, cut (using plasma/saws), tack, and assemble metal components.
*Welding Operations: Perform high-quality MIG and/or TIG welding on various materials (mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium) across varied gauges.
*Finishing: Dress, grind, and clean welds to ensure smooth finishes ready for powder coating, painting, or assembly.
*Quality & Compliance: Inspect completed fabrications for dimensional accuracy, squareness, and weld integrity (visual inspection).
Profile
A successful Welder Fabricator should have:


*Proven skills in welding and metal fabrication, with attention to detail.
*Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
*Experience in using relevant tools and machinery, such as welders and grinders.
*A strong understanding of health and safety practices in an industrial environment.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
Job Offer
*Permanent position based in Coventry.
*Hourly rate of £17.11
*6am - 2pm (£25 shift allowance per week)
