Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Class Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Wellingborough, teaching across Years 3-6. The role is available to start ASAP or from October half term.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate teacher with experience across Key Stage 2 who is looking for a full-time, long-term position within a supportive and nurturing school environment.
The Role*Full-time Class Teacher position teaching across Years 3-6

*Teaching a Key Stage 2 class within a welcoming primary school in Wellingborough

*ASAP or October half term start available

*Salary paid in line with the Main Pay Scale

*Planning and delivering engaging and creative lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum

*Creating a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment

*Supporting pupils’ academic, social and emotional development

*Assessing and monitoring pupil progress effectively

*Differentiating learning to meet the needs of all pupils

*Maintaining high expectations for behaviour, attainment and achievement

*Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents and the wider school community

*Contributing to the wider life of the school

The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a teacher who:
*Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

*Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally across Years 3-6

*Has a strong knowledge of the Primary and Key Stage 2 curriculum

*Is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning

*Can build strong, positive relationships with pupils and staff

*Is organised, enthusiastic and committed to pupil progress

*Has strong classroom management skills

*Can motivate and engage pupils of different abilities

*Is confident in adapting lessons to meet individual learning needs

*Is available to start ASAP or from October half term
