We’re a growing, friendly recruitment business looking for someone enthusiastic and confident to join our team on a part-time basis.

At 4Square Recruitment, we specialise in helping businesses recruit talented professionals across Technology, Cyber Security and other specialist sectors.
What you’ll be doing:
*Making outbound calls to businesses and introducing our recruitment services.
*Building relationships with potential clients.
*Identifying companies with current or upcoming recruitment requirements.
*Following up with existing contacts and generating new business opportunities.
*Arranging meetings and calls for our recruitment consultants.
*Keeping our CRM system updated.
What we’re looking for:
*Someone confident, friendly and comfortable speaking to people on the phone.
*Previous experience in sales, telesales, recruitment or business development would be beneficial.
*A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
*Good communication and organisational skills.
*Someone proactive who enjoys building relationships.
*Recruitment experience is not essential – full training will be provided.
