Salary: £170PD - £200PD PAYE

My client is looking for a Senior IT Technician to support them over the next 5 months with day to day support within an educational environment.
Working within a small team you will be an escalation point to the junior engineer and will need to have experience of working at a 2nd/3rd line level.
You will need to have strong communication skills and be comfortable working in a customer facing environment.
Required/Desirable
*Desktop Support
*Windows enterprise environments
*Active Directory administration
*Microsoft 365 support
*VPN troubleshooting
*Group server management
*Analysis network infrastructur
*Creation of information pack for network infrastructure, servers, inventories and wireless configuration
*Experience configuring network switched HPE and Aruba
