Full job descriptionElevation Recruitment Group have the pleasure of working with a FMCG business in Bolton who are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their close team.

Maintenance Engineer (electrical or mechanical bias)
Bolton | £42,800 | Days and Afters (6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm)

Responsibilities of a Maintenance Engineer:
*Reacting to breakdowns on industry specific equipment
*Follow the PPM schedule to prevent downtime on the machinery
*Adhere to the health and safety policies at all times
*Liaise with production in relation to timescales of the breakdowns
*Forward-thinking of continuous improvement on the machinery to prevent future breakdowns
*Projects as and when required
What We’re Looking For:
*Level 3 in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering, HNC would be ideal
*Experience of being a Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing environment previously
*Fault finding skill-set
*Experience with PLC’s desired, not essential
*If you have team leading experience this would put you at the top of the salary banding
This role is commutable from: Westhoughton, Wigan, Leigh, Horwich, Atherton, Manchester, Salford, Warrington, St Helens
