An exciting opportunity to join a growing business in a key operational leadership role.
We are looking for an experienced Operations & Installation Manager to lead our installation teams and oversee the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
You will take ownership of installation planning, project coordination, stock, warehouse operations, ordering, deliveries and health & safety, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead and manage installation teams and contractors.
*Plan installation schedules, workloads and resources.
*Coordinate projects from order through to installation and completion.
*Manage stock, warehouse operations and deliveries.
*Place and monitor supplier orders.
*Coordinate deliveries with installation schedules.
*Manage snagging and remedial works.
*Ensure health & safety standards are maintained.
*Identify and resolve operational issues.
*Work closely with surveyors, installers, suppliers and customers.
*Drive improvements in processes, performance and efficiency.
About You
*Experience managing installation teams or contractors.
*Knowledge of windows, doors, glazing and installation processes.
*Experience with stock, warehouse and delivery management.
*Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
*Good knowledge of health & safety.
*Excellent communication skills.
*Strong attention to detail and a practical, hands-on approach.
*Confidence to take ownership and make decisions.
*Good IT and scheduling/administration skills.
