My client, a friendly and well respected international law firm located in the city of London are looking to a Part - time Legal PA to work 2 days per week to support at Partner level.
Part - time breakdown:
*Thursday & Friday
*Salary is up to £49k pro rata
*Hybrid: 60% in office, 40% at home
You will also be entitled to their full list of benefits!
You will need to have a good Legal PA background and ideally some real estate law experience.
Duties:
*Diary management for Partners
*Document amendments/production
*Updating client contact lists
*Preparation/coordination of client bills
*Ensuring case files are organised appropriately and updated in a timely manner
*Organising team meetings
