Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Our client, due to continued growth and expansion, is seeking to recruit a Tax Senior to its existing Tax team
Key Responsibilities for the Tax Senior:
*Prepare personal, partnership, and corporation tax returns accurately and within deadlines
*Assist with tax planning and advisory assignments for individuals and businesses
*Liaise directly with clients to gather information and resolve queries
*Support senior team members with HMRC correspondence and investigations
*Review bookkeeping and financial information relevant to tax computations
*Ensure compliance with current UK tax legislation and filing requirements
*Maintain accurate client records and workflow management systems
*Assist junior staff where required and contribute to team development
*Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication
Experience for the Tax Senior:
*Previous experience within an accountancy practice or tax environment
*Good working knowledge of UK tax compliance
*Studying towards or part-qualified ACA, ACCA, ATT, or CTA
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and tax/accounting software
