MTrec Recruitment are proudly representing our specialist manufacturing client in their recruitment for a Quality Inspector to expand their current team due to significant business growth.

The Job you will do:
*Inspect plated and finished components at key production stages to evaluate quality standards
*Writing procedural documents
*Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI)
*Conducts lab analysis
*Safely and effectively use precision measuring equipment, including Vernier callipers, micrometres, height gauges, bore gauges etc.
*Interpret technical engineering drawings
*Log precise inspection results, ensuring full data traceability.
*Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support root-cause analyses and track corrective actions.
About you:
*NACE / AMPP - CIP Level 1 qualification at a minimum (Level 2 highly desirable)
*Experience working as a Quality Inspector or similar within engineering/manufacturing/chemical processing
*Familiarity with ISO9001 standards is desirable
*Comfortable working in a small team
*Good communication skills at all levels
