Full job descriptionPertemps are working with an established manufacturing business located in Alton who are looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operative to join their growing team.



Responsibilities as a CNC Machine Operative:

*Setting and operating of two different CNC Machines, predominately lathes


*Inspection of own work to ensure it meets quality standards


*Reading technical drawings


*Using lathes, mills, drills and gear hobbing machines


*De-burring


*Manual Turning/ milling




Requirements:

*Experience in setting and operating CNC Machines


*TIG welding experience is advantageous


*Hard working and reliable


*Excellent attention to detail


*Ability to work as part of a small manufacturing team.






The CNC Machine Operative Role:

*Based in Alton


*Monday – Thursday, 7am - 5.30pm


*£14 - £15 per hour depending on experience


*20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing with length of service)
