Full job descriptionA global tech brand are bringing a Tech Recruiter to their team to hire best-in-class talent across EMEA, with a focus on Software Engineering roles.
What you’ll do:
*Own the full hiring lifecycle, from taking brief and building an inclusive assessment plan to finding and engaging talent and closing the offer, including competitive compensation packages
*Act as a true business partner, challenging, influencing and adding value at every stage of the process
*Build talent attraction strategies for highly specialised roles
*Interview candidates, share insights and use data to steer your projects
You’ll need:
*Proven in-house recruiting experience, ideally with agency experience too
*Technology sector hiring experience (a must)
*Software Engineering hiring experience, broad or specialist
*The confidence to challenge and influence hiring managers
The role is based in London, 3 days a week on site and paid as a contractor at £345 per day.
