6-Month Contract | Inside IR35 | Remote | Global Insurance ClientWe are working with a leading global insurance organisation to appoint an experienced Delivery Lead / Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Client Identity (CIAM) initiatives across a large-scale, enterprise environment.
Required Experience*Strong project management / Delivery experience within enterprise IT environments.
*Strong technical understanding and delivery experience of large-scale Identity & Access Management (IAM) programmes.
*Proven experience delivering:*CyberArk (PAM) implementations
*SailPoint (IGA) implementations
*Joiner, Mover, Leaver processes
*Access certification and governance frameworks
*Privileged session management solutions
*PKI, certificate management and service/non-human identity modernisation.

*Experience designing and implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models and entitlement structures.
*Experience delivering Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) solutions including registration, authentication, federation and consent management.
*Experience leading global technology and cloud migration initiatives, ideally involving Microsoft Azure and Entra ID.
*Strong understanding of identity security standards and protocols including SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP and Kerberos.
*Experience managing programme-level finances, reporting and governance.
*Experience within Financial Services or Insurance.
