The OpportunityOBM Consultancy is exclusively partnering with a distinctive British contemporary lifestyle brand to recruit an experienced Store Manager for its Oxford boutique.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, commercially driven retail leader to take ownership of a well-established store, leading a team of approximately 10–12 people and driving its continued growth.
We are looking for a hands-on manager who combines strong commercial awareness with a genuine passion for customer experience, team development and exceptional store standards.
Key Responsibilities*Lead the day-to-day operations and overall commercial performance of the store.
*Drive sales, conversion, KPIs and profitability through effective floor leadership.
*Inspire, coach and develop a team of approximately 10–12 employees.
*Deliver an exceptional, personalised customer experience.
*Oversee stock management, payroll, budgets and operational efficiency.
*Maintain excellent visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
*Recruit, train and develop talent, building a positive and high-performing team culture.
*Work closely with the UK Retail Manager and head-office teams to identify opportunities for growth.
*Ensure compliance with all health, safety and operational procedures.
About You*Proven experience as a Store Manager or an experienced Assistant Store Manager ready for the next step.
*Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales and KPI results.
*Confident in coaching, motivating and developing retail teams.
*Passionate about premium fashion, lifestyle brands and customer experience.
*Hands-on, organised and comfortable balancing operational and commercial priorities.
*A positive, approachable leader with excellent communication skills.
*Strong attention to detail and a genuine appreciation for quality and brand storytelling.
