Your Responsibilities
As a Year 1 Teacher, you will:
*Deliver creative lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum.
*Establish a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom.
*Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to individual needs.
*Promote confidence, independence and positive behaviour.
*Support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development.
*Build strong partnerships with parents and colleagues.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal Year 1 Teacher will have:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
*Experience teaching at Key Stage 1.
*Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
*A flexible, creative and enthusiastic approach.
*A strong commitment to pupil progress and achievement.
