Your Responsibilities
As a Year 1 Teacher, you will:
*Deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.
*Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom.
*Monitor pupil progress and adapt lessons to meet individual needs.
*Encourage independence, confidence and positive behaviour.
*Support children’s academic and personal development.
*Work collaboratively with parents, colleagues and school leaders.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal Year 1 Teacher will have:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
*Experience teaching at Key Stage 1.
*Strong classroom management and communication skills.
*A creative, flexible and enthusiastic teaching style.
*A commitment to high standards and pupil achievement.
