Your Role
As a Year 1 Teacher, you will:
*Deliver creative, engaging lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum.
*Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom.
*Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs.
*Encourage confidence, independence and positive behaviour.
*Support children’s academic, social and emotional development.
*Build strong relationships with colleagues and parents.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal Year 1 Teacher will have:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
*Experience teaching within Key Stage 1.
*Strong classroom management and communication skills.
*A creative, adaptable and engaging teaching approach.
*A genuine commitment to pupil progress and achievement.
