City of London offices (Near Bank Tube Station)
Salary up to £43k plus benefits
Working in the pod of an adviser with £80m AUM
4 days in the office per week
*Seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator
*Fastrack training to become a paraplanner and thereafter an adviser
*2+ years of experience required as a minimum in administration
*Technical Administration duties on whole of market financial products
*LOA/LOV’s, answering queries from providers and clients
*CRM and Database management
*Processing all new business and onboarding new clients
*AML checks and other credit checks
*Independent wealth planning firm with offices across the UK
*I have met the Directors and placed 20+ members of staff with them
*They offer whole of market financial advice
*HNW retirees, accumulators, local families and SME owners
*Clients with assets ranging from £150k - £50m.
*Pensions, investments, tax planning, cashflow modelling, retirement planning
*Some esoteric schemes such as VCT & EIS schemes.
*Very longstanding relations with accountancy and solicitor practices
