A global specialty insurer is looking for a contract Workday Product Owner to take ownership of its People technology roadmap across Core HCM and Recruiting.

The role:

*Own the backlog and roadmap for Workday HCM and Recruiting
*Run sprint planning and prioritise demand with People function stakeholders
*Manage vendors and partners on delivery and service quality
*Keep the platform stable, secure and compliant while improvements are delivered
*Report clearly on progress, service levels and decisions to senior stakeholders
What you’ll need:

*Product owner or functional lead experience on Workday, with depth in Core HCM and Recruiting
*Agile delivery experience: backlog ownership and sprint cadence
*Ability to manage competing priorities across HR, TA and Technology stakeholders
*Vendor or SI management experience
Nice to have: experience in financial services or insurance, and exposure to the wider talent, reward and learning tools around Workday.
