Role Details
*Start Date: ASAP
*Location: Cheltenham - hybrid working arrangements
*Salary package: £45,000-£85,000 + bonuses (opened to conversations)
*Clearance: eDV active is mandatory
Responsibilities
*Lead the scoping, design and delivery of complex mission-critical systems and services
*Facilitate technical workshops, requirements gathering and risk analysis activities
*Develop engineering approaches and technical designs to mitigate project risks
*Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams
*Oversee project delivery, integration activities and stakeholder engagement
*Produce and maintain key engineering artefacts, documentation and reports
Skills & Experience
*Degree-qualified or equivalent experience in a relevant technical discipline
*Strong background in Systems Engineering, Technical Architecture, Software, Networking or Cyber Security
*Experience delivering complex projects within consultancy, systems integration or public sector environments
*Proven track record supporting defence, government, national security or law enforcement programmes
*Strong understanding of engineering methodologies including Agile, V-Model, risk management and requirements management
*Excellent stakeholder management, communication and client-facing skills
