Farnborough offices (Hampshire)
Salary negotiable up to £35k plus bonuses and benefits
Reporting into a dedicated Team Leader
*Seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator
*Ideally a Career Administrator
*2+ years of experience required as a minimum
*Working in a team of other Financial Administrators, reporting into a Team Leader
*Duties: LOA/LOV’s, answering queries from providers and clients
*Database management and contributing to smooth running of the support team
*Processing all new business and onboarding new clients
*AML checks and other credit checks
*Independent wealth planning firm with offices across the UK
*I have met the Directors and placed 20+ members of staff with them
*They offer whole of market financial advice
*HNW retirees, accumulators, local families and SME owners based across the UK.
*Clients with assets ranging from £150k - £50m.
*Pensions, investments, tax planning, cashflow modelling, retirement planning, protections
*Some esoteric schemes such as VCT & EIS schemes.
*Very longstanding relations with accountancy and solicitor practices who refer business
