We are seeking an experienced Assistant Accountant to join our finance team, supporting financial reporting, reconciliations and year-end activities.
Hybrid schedule after a period of training.
Key Responsibilities:
*Year-end accounting and audit support
*Fixed asset management and reconciliations
*Bad debt reporting and provision preparation
*Pension tracking and reconciliations
*VAT return preparation and submission
*Agg Levy reviews
*Setting up and monitoring capital projects
*Office for National Statistics (ONS) reporting and reviews
*Supporting accurate financial reporting and process improvements


Requirements:
*Previous experience in an accounting or finance role
*SAP Experience would be an advantage
*Strong Excel, analytical and organisational skills
*Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
