Our client is looking for a friendly, confident and organised individual to help families access outstanding care at home while building strong relationships within the local community.
The Role
*Meet customers and families to discuss their care needs.
*Guide new customers through consultations and onboarding.
*Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
*Build relationships with healthcare professionals, charities and local organisations.
*Develop referral networks and raise awareness of the service.
This role is split approximately 50% customer experience and 50% community networking and new client generation.
