*Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday

We are seeking a Premises Manager to join a welcoming and supportive school environment after the October half-term. This full-time role offers a great opportunity for an experienced Premises Manager, Caretaker, or Site Supervisor to secure a long-term position within a school setting.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Open and secure the school premises daily.
*Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to ensure the school is always in good condition.
*Ensure the school site is safe, secure, clean, and well-maintained.
*Conduct regular health and safety checks and site inspections.
*Monitor heating, lighting, alarm, and security systems.
*Liaise with external contractors and oversee maintenance works.
*Maintain school grounds and outdoor areas.
*Support with room and hall setups for school events.
*Respond promptly to any site-related issues or emergencies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Previous experience in premises management, caretaking, facilities, or site management.
*Strong practical maintenance and DIY skills.
*Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
*Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
*Excellent organisational and communication skills.
*A proactive, reliable, and flexible approach to work.
*An enhanced DBS check will be required.
