An opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Finance Executive to join a well-established team in Manchester, working on a varied portfolio of corporate finance transactions and advisory assignments.
This role would suit someone looking to develop their career within Corporate Finance, gaining exposure to a range of transactions and working closely with experienced professionals.
The Role
*Supporting the delivery of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions.
*Undertaking financial analysis, modelling and valuation work.
*Assisting with the preparation of information memoranda, reports and presentations.
*Supporting financial due diligence and transaction execution.
*Conducting market research and analysing potential acquisition targets.
*Liaising with clients and other professional advisers throughout the transaction process.
About You
*Experience within Corporate Finance, Transaction Services or a similar advisory environment.
*Strong analytical, financial modelling and numerical skills.
*The ability to interpret financial information and communicate findings clearly.
*Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach.
*ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification, or working towards qualification, would be advantageous.
