An established property business is seeking a Sales Manager in North London who can earn a seller’s confidence, win instructions and lead a team to completion.

This opportunity suits an experienced estate agency professional with a track record of converting valuations into instructions—and instructions into completed sales.

The right candidate brings:

• Proven success in residential sales and valuations
• The ability to win business without relying on the lowest fee
• A clear, practical approach to coaching and accountability
• Strong commercial judgement and a commitment to client service
• Knowledge of North London’s property market

The package:

• £35,000-£40,000 basic salary
• £70,000 OTE
• £5,000 car allowance
• Private medical cover
