Job Responsibilities
*Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
*Generating new lettings business and identifying opportunities
*Arranging and conducting property viewings
*Managing enquiries from prospective tenants
*Negotiating offers and agreeing tenancies
*Cross-selling other services available to customers
*Managing client relationships and ensuring excellent customer service
*Keeping up to date with the latest property trends and market conditions
The Ideal Candidate
*Previous experience working as a Lettings Negotiator
*Striving to exceed customer expectations whilst keeping personal and team objectives in mind
*Strong communication and negotiation skills
*Knowledge of the local area
*Well-spoken and well-presented
*Target-driven, ambitious and keen to succeed
