Join Hays Education as a Teaching Assistant in Rugby

Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and helping them reach their full potential? Hays Education is working with a range of welcoming primary schools across Rugby and the surrounding areas, and we are looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our team.

Whether you are an experienced TA, have worked with children previously, or are looking to start a rewarding career in education, we would love to hear from you.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
*Support pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
*Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom activities
*Help create a positive and engaging learning environment
*Support children with varying learning needs, including SEN where required
*Encourage pupil confidence, independence and progress
*Build positive relationships with staff, pupils and parents

What We’re Looking For:
*Experience working with children in an educational, childcare, sports coaching, youth work or care setting
*A positive, proactive and flexible approach
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*A genuine passion for supporting children’s development
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team
