Full job descriptionThe ideal candidate will be an experienced Team Manager, having worker within statutory settings and able to carry out the following:
To lead a dedicated team to provide outstanding social work services for children and their families. To respond swiftly and effectively to the needs of children, always adhering to statutory guidelines. To assess the needs of each child, young person or carer, plan carefully, and deliver focused intervention to safeguard and enhance their well-being, ensuring they have every opportunity to thrive.
