An established property business is seeking an Associate Director with proven Prime Central London experience and the judgement to turn valuable relationships into instructions and completed sales.

The right candidate understands discerning vendors, complex negotiations and the importance of delivering discreet, attentive service.

• A strong track record in Prime Central London residential sales
• Evidence of winning instructions while protecting fees
• The ability to price and position exceptional homes with confidence
• Experience managing demanding transactions through to completion
• A leadership style that raises standards and develops the team

The package:

• £30,0000-£35,000 basic salary
• £70,000 OTE
• 10–20% commission
• Listing commission
• Guaranteed commission for 3–6 months
• £5,000 car allowance
• Private medical cover

Prime Central London experience is essential.
