*Ongoing training, development and leadership support
*The opportunity to join a provider with a consistent track record of Good Ofsted ratings and strong operational support
About You
You will be a resilient and values-led leader who is passionate about achieving positive outcomes for children and young people. You will be committed to listening to children, understanding their wishes and feelings and ensuring their voices are central to the care and support they receive.
You will have:
*A thorough understanding of Children’s Homes Regulations, Ofsted requirements, safeguarding and child protection practices
*A Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People’s Workforce, or equivalent
*A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, or willingness to work towards it
*A minimum of two years’ experience within the last five years in a role relevant to residential childcare
*At least one year’s experience supervising and managing staff in a care setting
