Description
*Investigate and respond to security incidents escalated through the Security Operations function.
*Perform detailed security event analysis and identifying potential threats or areas requiring further investigation.
*Work closely with external security service providers to ensure effective monitoring, alert management, and incident handling.
*Perform hands-on remediation and provide recommendations to improve security controls and reduce risk.
*Conduct security reviews of systems, infrastructure, and operational processes.
*Drive continuous security improvements.
*Contributing to the development and implementation of operational security controls and procedures.
Profile
*Previous experience working as L3 SOC Analyst or Security Engineer
*Demonstrated experience in security operations, incident response, threat detection
*Strong understanding of cyber attack techniques, threat actor methodologies, and appropriate mitigation strategies
*Experience in end to end cyber security investigation and hands-on remediation
*Exposure of detection engineering
*Experience securing cloud-based and enterprise collaboration environments
*Familiarity with attack frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK
