*Varied caseload covering Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, LPAs and Court of Protection
Are you an experienced Private Client Solicitor looking for a new opportunity within a well-established and supportive law firm?
I am currently working with a respected Yorkshire law firm that is looking to recruit a Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its Morley office.
This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 3 years’ PQE or equivalent experience who is confident managing their own caseload but would also value regular support from an experienced Partner.
What will you be doing? *Managing your own caseload of Private Client matters from instruction through to completion.
*Drafting Wills, including more complex matters.
*Dealing with Probate and Estate Administration.
*Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney.
*Handling Court of Protection matters.
*Advising high-net-worth clients where appropriate.
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
*Working closely with a Partner who will provide regular supervision and guidance.
What are we looking for? *A qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE or a Chartered Legal Executive with equivalent experience.
*Experience dealing with Wills, Probate, Estate Administration and LPAs.
*Previous experience advising high-net-worth clients would be advantageous.
*Confidence managing an independent caseload.
*Excellent communication and client care skills.
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*A professional and approachable manner.
You will be joining a firm with an established Private Client offering and the opportunity to handle a varied caseload, including more complex matters.
