Full job descriptionAn international entertainment company are seeking a Senior Finance Assistant on an initial 12-month contract. Working as part of a small, close-knit team during a period of system and process development, the role will report to the Finance Manager and have a strong focus on purchase ledger, banking and royalties, alongside broader month-end and finance support.
Responsibilities:
*Process supplier invoices, staff expenses and credit cards
*Raise payments and manage weekly bank reconciliations
*Produce weekly cash reporting internally and monthly reporting to France
*Raise sales and royalty receivable invoices
*Prepare monthly aged debtor reports
*Assist with development reporting and month-end close
*Post journals and complete ledger tasks accurately and on time
Requirements:
*Previous royalties reporting experience / entertainment finance experience
*Strong MS Office / Excel skills; Sun Systems knowledge advantageous
*Studying towards or completed AAT, ACCA or CIMA
*Comfortable working in a small, hands-on finance team with exposure across different areas of the function
