An established East Midlands law firm is seeking an ambitious Civil Litigation Solicitor to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a clear route to Partnership and the chance to help shape and develop a thriving department.
The Role:
Managing a broad caseload of civil litigation matters, including:
*Property and boundary disputes
*Landlord & tenant matters
*Contract disputes
*Debt recovery
*Professional negligence claims
*Commercial and general civil litigation
You will also supervise junior team members, support business development activities, and build strong client relationships.
About You
*Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE
*Strong Civil Litigation experience
*Property Litigation experience advantageous
*Able to manage a caseload independently
*Previous supervision or mentoring experience preferred
*Commercially aware with excellent client care skills
*Ambitious and keen to progress towards Partnership
