We are working with a welcoming secondary school in Haverhill seeking a dedicated PE Teacher to join their team for the second half of the Autumn Term. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire students across Years 7 to 11, promoting physical fitness, teamwork, confidence, and a lifelong enjoyment of sport.
The Role
*Deliver engaging and high-quality PE lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
*Teach a broad PE curriculum to students in Years 7-11.
*Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with curriculum requirements.
*Encourage participation, sportsmanship, and healthy lifestyles.
*Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
*Support extracurricular sporting activities where appropriate.
The Ideal Candidate
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (preferred)

Experience teaching PE at secondary level

Strong classroom and behaviour management skills

Passionate about motivating and inspiring young people

Able to plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners

Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
