Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe have a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a varied role within a friendly, outgoing team that values teamwork and supporting one another.
Based in Birmingham city centre, we are recruiting for an Office Administrator. Working within the education and training sector, this is a varied role where no two days are the same. We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in what the company does and enjoys being part of a team.
One day, you could be registering candidates; the next, you could be speaking to a range of external stakeholders and supporting candidates throughout the onboarding process.
This is not a recruitment role. Instead, it is an opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of administration, communication and coordination.
Key responsibilities include gathering information, carrying out ad hoc administrative duties, organising meeting rooms, scheduling meetings and supporting a range of training opportunities.
This role would suit someone looking to develop their career in administration or coordination, as well as someone who wants to make a valuable contribution to a supportive team.
We are currently shortlisting candidates for this role, so please apply now or call Kieran at Katie Bard for further information.
