My client is looking for a CNC Turner, this role involves setting and operating CNC turning machines to produce high-precision components. You will ensure machining processes are optimised for accuracy, efficiency, and repeatability.
Duties:
*Set, operate, and manage CNC turning machines
*Prepare tooling, fixtures, and materials for production
*Monitor machining processes and make adjustments
*Perform in-process quality checks
*Interpret engineering drawings
*Maintain safe working practices
*Ensure correct information logged on to tooling sheets
*Ensure component submitted for first off inspection meets drawing requirements
*Where practical, pre-set ready for next job
*Experience setting and operating CNC Grinders and manual machines
*Experience of working in a manufacturing environment
