We’re looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join a collaborative finance team, reporting directly to the CFO and taking responsibility for financial operations, reporting, controls and team leadership.
You must have:
*ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent
*Education, charity or not-for-profit sector experience
*Strong people management experience
*Excellent financial and management reporting skills
*Strong controls, compliance and analytical capability
*Excellent Excel and finance systems knowledge
*The confidence to work with stakeholders at all levels
Working pattern: Predominantly office based, with up to 2 days working from home per week maximum.
