HEAD OF ANALYTICS LONDON | £90,000 - £150,000This is a rare opportunity to build and lead a newly created Analytics Shared Services function within a growing consumer finance business. Sitting at the centre of credit risk, collections, marketing, and product, you will help shape strategic decision-making, drive analytics innovation, and support the adoption of AI across the organisation.THE COMPANYThis established financial services business provides lending products to a large UK customer base and is investing heavily in analytics, automation, and decisioning capabilities. They are entering an exciting phase of transformation and are building a central analytics team to support business-wide growth and innovation. This role offers significant visibility and the opportunity to influence strategy at the highest level.THE ROLE* Build and lead a function supporting multiple business areas* Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic analytical projects* Drive the adoption of AI, automation, and advanced analytics throughout the business* Translate complex analysis into clear commercial recommendations for executive stakeholders* Help shape business strategy through data-led decision making* Lead, mentor, and develop analytical talent across the team* Prioritise and deliver high-impact projects that improve business performance and customer outcomes* Act as a key link between analytics, technology, and commercial functionsYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE* Strong commercial experience leading analytics teams within financial services* Previous experience within credit risk developing strategy* Experience managing and developing analytical teams* Hands-on technical background with prior coding experience in tools such as SQL, Python, SAS* Ability to move between strategic leadership and technical problem solving* Experience influencing senior stakeholders and presenting at executive level* Exposure to AI, automation, or advanced analytics transformation programmes* Strong commercial and stakeholder management skillsWHAT THEY OFFER* £90,000 - £150,000 base salary* 20% annual bonus* Private healthcare* 7% matched pension* 25 days annual leave* Hybrid working model (2-3 days per week in London)* Opportunity to build a new function with significant business impact* Excellent scope for progression and visibility across the organisationHOW TO APPLYPlease register your interest by submitting your CV through the Apply link.
