Full job descriptionRecruiting a Head of Financial Modelling to act as the organisation’s COE for advanced financial modelling and scenario analysis, supporting the most complex, high-impact financial and strategic decisions. The role provides robust insight to the FP&A Director, Finance & Transformation leadership team, CFO, and Executive Committee.

Key Responsibilities
*Design, build and own complex, flexible financial models (e.g. long-range plans, scenario models, deal models)
*Establish modelling standards, governance and best practice across Finance
*Translate complex data into clear, decision-ready insight for executives
*Provide objective, independent review of Business cases, Investment proposals, Forecasts and long-term plans
*Act as modelling lead on M&A / partnerships and Strategic investments
*Develop and assess deal models, valuation scenarios, and integration assumptions
*Lead scenario modelling and "what-if" analyses for key strategic questions

The successful candidate will possess extensive expertise in advanced financial modelling (scenario modelling, forecasting, valuation techniques) coupled with significant experience partnering the Exco and SLT stakeholders.
