Reed Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Temporary Caretaker to join a busy site. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with maintenance, facilities, groundskeeping, or caretaking experience
Hours of work: 8.30-4.30pm Monday to Friday


Key Duties:
*Opening and securing buildings and grounds
*Carrying out basic maintenance and minor repairs
*Setting up rooms and facilities for events and activities
*Receiving and moving deliveries, furniture, and equipment
*Maintaining outdoor areas, including litter collection and general upkeep
*Monitoring site safety and reporting any issues
*Assisting with general site and facilities duties as required
What we’re looking for:
*Previous caretaking, maintenance, facilities, or handyman experience
*Reliable and flexible approach to work
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Awareness of health and safety procedures
