The Role
Due to ongoing growth, the firm is looking for a Residential Property Fee Earner (Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer) to join its busy property team.
You’ll handle a full, varied caseload from instruction to completion, covering:
*Freehold & leasehold transactions
*Unregistered conveyancing
*New build work
*Small-scale development work
You’ll be working on high-quality files within a supportive department, with scope to work independently while collaborating closely with colleagues.

The Ideal Candidate
*At least 12 months’ experience running your own caseload of residential conveyancing files
*Confident handling multiple tasks from start to finish
*Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
*Strong communication and client care skills
