Abingdon, Oxfordshire | Hybrid Working | £50,000–£65,000 + Bonus + Benefits
An established CQS-accredited law firm is looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, FCILEX or Conveyancing Lawyer to join its growing team in Abingdon.
You’ll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, with strong administrative support and opportunities to develop client and referrer relationships.
The Role
Your caseload will include:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Remortgages and transfers of equity
*Lease extensions and shared ownership
*New builds and equity release
*Matrimonial conveyancing and more complex transactions
About You
*Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, FCILEX or experienced Conveyancing Lawyer
*3+ years’ residential conveyancing experience
*Confident managing your own caseload independently
*Strong technical knowledge and excellent client care skills
