Full job descriptionUrgent Care Practitioner (UCP) – Telephone Triage
Location: Wavertree, Liverpool
Pay: £27–£35 per hour
We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Urgent Care Practitioners (UCPs) to join an out-of-hours telephone triage service based at our Head Office in Wavertree, Liverpool.
What you’ll be doing:
*Handling clinical call-backs from the 111 and 999 services
*Using your own clinical judgement to direct patients to the right care
*Working alongside a supportive team of GPs, ACPs, and Clinical Co-ordinators onsite
*Managing approximately 4–6 calls per hour
What we’re looking for:
*Qualified Nurse or Paramedic with an Urgent or Emergency care background
*No prescribing required
